"Disgraceful behaviour also company. They accepting NCB along with with other documents then several months after literally terrorised why there was a vehicle change in the past which doesn’t even matter. Today again phone calls instead of post or email as requested for more proof because number plate change two months ago in current vehicle insured with them. STOP LYING!!! Plan broker insurance never deducted the broker fee from my costs! TODAY 10/02/23 ANOTHER ATTACK ON ME. PBI terrorized me about new documents from counsil because number plate in my new vehicle has change 2 weeks ago which they have been notified as soon as in writing also by the phone and agreed once I’ve got update from the council will send it right over but instead they choose to terrorize me agien!!!! After all I’ve called to make another complaint but first they hang up on me then text and email saying they have internal problem with the phone and menager call me asap,this whole situation happens at 10.00am it’s now late evening and guess what NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!!! THIS COMPANY IS THREATENING ME CONSTANTLY AND KEEP REPEATING NON SENSE PHONE CALLS WITHOUT NO REASON ALSO EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGATED WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

"They have organised our Motor Trade insurance for at least the last 25 years. this year, at my instigation, they approached the underwriters and had our premium reduced by over £300 despite 2 of us drivers being well into our 70s and the third driver having a speeding conviction last year. Having tried other brokers, most of whom didn't even bother to phone back, I reckon they are pretty good!"
