"I've been really impressed with Moris, having used them for 4 trackdays and counting. I've dealt with Justin and really feel treated as an individual rather than a number (as I'm used to from big insurance companies), they have been flexible and accommodating to my needs and last minute requests. Yes, it's expensive, but all track-day insurance is, and I guess that reflects the high risk of the sport, and I've found the Moris pricing to be very competitive. I can't comment on the claims process, as luckily I've never needed to!"

"Sadly, I don't recommend Moris Insurance, despite me actually being recommended to them. I never actually became a customer of Moris, so I can't comment on their service from a customers perspective, but my feedback is from a prospective client of theirs. I first reached out to Justin in March 2021 to discuss track day insurance. I was sent their form to fill in for cars over £40k. I completed the form same day. I didn't hear anything back so chaseed on 19th April, receiving a response to say I wasn't being ignored but Moris were waiting for decision from insurers regarding new limits and they asked for the date of my first track day to which I advised probably 15th June. I didn't hear back and chased again on 17th May, no response. I emailed again on 18th May to say my first track day was now 31st May at Silverstone. Justin replied to say should have some positive news this week. I chased again on 26th May as I hadn't heard anything and was conscious my track day was only 5 days away. I got a response on 28th May asking me to remind him of the value of the car, to which I replied straight away. We then had a number of emails back and forth on 28th May with quotes along with a phone call to clarify some of the details. I was then requested to complete the form again (same form I completed back in March). I filled in the form again regardless. Received a reply from Justin on 30th May apologising as he'd realised that he has new protocols in place for cars with a value of over £120,000 that require underwriter sign off. This was now a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend and my track day being the bank holiday Monday. He did recommend a couple of other insurers but they were closed due to bank holiday. Consequently, I couldn't do the track day and lost £500. I text him my dissatisfaction and he text back to say cars of this value are challenging but he'll do his best to put the world to right. I also advised him my next track day was Saturday 5th June. After these texts, I hadn't heard back by Thursday 3rd June so I sent another text saying "I'm guessing you've not heard from the insurer" To this date, I've not had a response from Justin, nor a quote, so I lost two track days as a result of his poor service and lack of communication which makes me worry what sort of service I'd get if I was a customer. I'm now insured with Mannings who've provided amazing service. Sadly, despite the fact Justin was recommended to me, I can't uphold this recommendation as the service I've received has been beyond unacceptable and I'm £1000 out of pocket as a result."
