"My parcel is missing… They did not call me, they did not deliver it… and it’s saying delivered to a safety box… and it’s a Christmas Tree for almost £300 pounds… I called them and they did not want to call even the driver… Just horrible.. "Terrible. Delivery turned up last week with something missing. Booked for redelivery yesterday. Email stated the package had been delivered and theres nothing. Theyve told Wickes that its been delivered, but no evidence of anything signed for/ picture. Defo foul play going on with drivers in this company"
"Shockingly bad company, the drivers simply can't be bothered to turn up for a collection. We've missed a few next day deadlines as Tuffnells simply don't show up. Whats the point of being in business then if you can't provide the service. You can't get through to the depot, nobody answers the phones. Apparently your call is important to them, but holding for 30minutes tells me otherwise."
"I’ve been waiting three weeks for this company to collect and item for return. 7-7 time slot . I’ve waited so much time they don’t help when I call it’s been escalated several times and no explanation as to why it hasn’t been collected . Still waiting now ."
"Suppose to get a delivery. Never contact me. Parcel is claimed as delivered. When calling they told me to get sender to sort it out. Its a joke. Wonder what they done to my delivery. Can not recommend Tuffnells at all. Sad and frustrating such experience!"
