"Really unprofessional. Got first ever text at 7am that TNT were unable to deliver, photo was of my gate taken from the road at 6am, no one rang the door bell. Then another text that TNT will deliver today 8-8. Absolute shambles. PASSPORT OFFICE do you see the reviews?"
"They Asked to book redelivery since they missed me even though I was home all day when I checked they have sent photo of the wrong door saying they attempted to deliver here.. The address was correct but the picture of the door was like no door in my locality. And this was the second attempt. And it's a document I need urgently. No way to contact the delivery driver and also call center since it's Saturday. Why can't they just try ring my phone number which i have gladly provided. Please take some action if you are reading this TNT team if not your services will have to be discontinued by major firms."
"Waited in all day yesterday for delivery due by 18:00 which never arrived, today TNT track and trace shows it is still 'in transit' not 'out for delivery' so I thought I could safely go out for for half an hour today, got back to find a 'sorry we missed you' card, they say they'll try again tomorrow by 18:00 so I have to cancel everything and wait in all day again. It would be very easy for TNT to be better organised which would save them time and me loads of frustration."
