"A terrible shop with awful customer service: they advertise as taking parcels until 9pm, when I turned up, the owner said they shut at 7pm - all the while not giving me any eye contact. Serves me right for trying a different shop Vs my usual in Marlborough Parade, who are excellent"

"Dreadful dreadful attitude, please do not use this clown as a delivery drop off point stood in line listening to the shop worker telling another customer how much he hates evri and cannot wait to get rid of their service, he was impolite, rude condescending and I will never step foot in that so called convenient shop ever again. Vile."
