"Warm welcome by Kevin&Elaine. Lovely rooms, decorated very tastefully. Cosy and comfortable bed with lovely plump pillows. Wonderful large bathroom with great shower. Breakfast, even for me as a fussy vegan, was perfect and made even more enjoyable by the company and conversation with the owners. Top marks and looking forward to a return visit."

"We had a hugely enjoyable stay in this comfortable B&B in the heart of Balloch, located within 10 minutes of the train station and Loch Lomond National Park. The hosts, Kevin and Elaine, are very accommodating, and will do all they can to ensure your stay in a pleasant one. The rooms are spacious and the excellent breakfast will leave you well fuelled for the day!"

"Great B&B and Kevin and Elaine are the best hosts you could ask for. Nothing is too much for them. Lovely cooked breakfast, anything you want, and they also cooked for my friend who wasn't staying there but got ready for her wedding there. Location is close by shop and Kevin and Elaine will give you directions to anywhere you need to go. Would definitely stay again."
