"We booked for 2 nights at this place.. It was our 1st break away.since having.our 1st born..but seriously I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has a child that is not sleeping on a normal single bed size yet. It says bnb,yet we didn't get no breakfast on the 2 mornings we was there. So its more like self catering. And to top it off..the cheeky woman over charged me. Rooms are £84.15 apparantly but she took £90 off me like huh as I didnt get anything extra.. So sleepless nights no breakfast. Over charged me. Its Not full stars for me on this one.. The Rooms was cleanish,saying this,as there was cannabis in the draws from previous people. Just glad we saw it and not my toddler. Yes the woman was nice and friendly and gives good advice on what's around. But I dont think I'll be going back not after this..."

"Friendly.. clean self catering accommodation .. great location to takeaways asda n fuel close to train station n bathgate a good half hr drive in either direction for Edinburgh n glasgow so brilliant quiet location If i have any issues that was in self catering accommodation there wasnt a single clock so had to keep checking phones but really thats just bein picky n not worth the mention plus the beds where on the uncomfy side but that cud of been down to our weight rather then the bed so again nothing just bein picky Only downsize no fault of the owners n that is wifi so fingers crossed she can get that sorted for her guests in the future All in all great quiet friendly place wud definitely book again in the future Oh yeah 1 final comment great for your lil four legged furbabies my pooch loved it was running around the accommodation like a mad head and hiding under the beds he was having so much fun in the accommodation"

"Lovely warm welcome. Bedroom was very tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfy. Good sized TV and wifi worked well. Breakfast was tasty and the owner took time to chat. Very convenient from train station, just a half an hour ride from Edinburgh."

"Very friendly family! Nicola helped me get all sorted even though I came a bit earlier than normal check in time. She advised me to take the train to Edinburgh instead of drive and pay heaps for parking. Her father David is really great to talk to as well! I will miss them."
