"Jim and Angela are absolutely wonderful. Their care of our 2 labradors - one young and bouncy, the second, older and more reserved, was second to none. Jim kept us updated with photos and videos on a daily basis. But the best thing was seeing how the dogs responded when we picked them up. As they danced around us, running from one family member to another, Jim was included: he was now clearly a pack-member. I cannot think of a higher accolade. And our reserved dog looked at us contentedly (he normally avoids eye contact if we have to leave him, and can keep that up for a long time). It is such a relief to know that places like this exist. It was home-from-home for our dogs. Thank you Jim and Angela!"
