"Just opened the container with my car sent by cavenco. Battery completely dead, the handbrake doesn't even come down. All items and another car stuck in the container now and cavencos response was "well you should have gotten insurance". Agent called panagiotis was very disrespectful and useless.... I am at the warehouse now where no other cars had issues ( from other companies) whereas my car loaded by cavenco is stuck here and cannot move. Never again. I definitely do not recommend this company and I would stay far away from them."
