"I feel the pens were small if ur can't in for a while compared to other catteries I've used in the area, day of collection vas very hot and windows were just being opened at 3pm . Owner is very nice asks alot about ur cat but needs updating. Cats were OK once home but looked mistable in the cages. It is cheaper than others , u get wat u pay for, didn't like the red grit in litter box cats paws were red dusty. Lots of cats in it so busy place."
