"WARNING!! Lying, abusive and threatening taxi service!! After agreeing a price with me on the phone, charged me £10 more for a £25 job. When I called the controller and ask them to listen to their recording of what they agreed with me, they refused to do so and blocked my number with their company. Their driver swore at me repeatedly and kept ringing our door bell even when our door was open and we were speaking to the controller and my wife begged him to stop as our baby was sleeping. They will always give you the cheapest price on the phone but you'll pay a lot more than that if you value your physical safety. If you are looking for the booking details, look under my wife's name. Nisha Kamal and look at my profile and look to see that I have genuinely given great reviews to people from all different industries. I have no reason to falsely accuse anyone and I've taken the time since this was the worst experience we have ever had with a taxi company. Please find our booking and come back to us asap."
