"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked and paid for an 8 seater return journey for April 2022. Only a 7 seater turned up, which was not great service. I was told I would be refunded the £30+ paid for the additional amount of an 8 seater. Have emailed the company 4 times, called them 2 and nothing. Raising a dispute with my card issuer"

"Booked an airport transfer from kings Langley to Luton at 04.15, waited 20 minutes and they didn’t turn up and couldn’t get through to anyone. Thankfully an Uber was round the corner, we’d have missed out flight otherwise… No follow up from them."

"Having booked the car 2 weeks in advance and confirming that the details were accurate 24 hours before the booking was expected, they arrived 30 minutes late and in the wrong vehicle. Their incompetence almost cost a grandma from being present at her grand daughters wedding. And that’s for one of their most regular customers. We won’t be using them again!"
