"The driver saved my life. It might be dramatic but that’s how I feel. After a few drinks with work friends, I decided enough was enough and went to my usual place for a taxi. All I heard was Mercedes and went to my taxi. As I approached, a white Lexus with two males said they were my driver, and one got out the car. Luckily, my actual driver came round and said he was my driver. Thankfully my driver came round and told me he had Mercedes, and even called the office to confirm, the office told me to call the police. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I’m 27 and was scared, imagine an 18 year old. Please remember to check your taxi, remember the office is happy to chat to you on the phone while you walk to your taxi, you are never alone with eagles! Please keep safe."

"I cannot recommend Eagle Cars enough after the way they helped my elderly mum yesterday. She had left her mobile in the back seat and the next passenger claimed it was his. The driver wasn’t convinced and reported this to the office. My daughter spoke to Hannah who was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She spoke to the person who had mums phone and arranged for a cab to go and collect it, then deliver it to my mum. Hannah even rang mum to update her. The whole experience was stressful for mum especially as I don’t live close by. The driver refused to take any money for his extra journeys. Really impressed with the care shown to my mum by the Eagles team last night. Thank you so very much."

"So much better than Uber! You book by phone with a human (and after you use once, they recognise your device so they know your home address for further use). They send tracking updates by text which links to a real time map tracker for the driver. The drivers are always helpful and friendly. Also reasonable priced, you get a set price and know what you'll pay. £43 to Heathrow airport from Watford, for instance (extra £5 for way back to cover parking)."

The price was reasonable, the vehicle was of a really high standard, they were on time and collected us slightly earlier than planned later that evening without any fuss.
