"Booking was no problem and we received text confirmation quickly. When we arrived at LHR we received a text and our driver called us soon after with instructions. We kept in touch with driver and he drove in once we got baggage. A 5 minute delay in meeting us but it was rush hour on Friday so to be expected. Driver Mahdi helped us with bags and was friendly. Got home quickly enough and car was comfortable. Very good!"
