"Really disappointed with the lack or service, care and commitment. I booked two cabs one to the airport and one to return both with a baby car seat requested. For both journeys the driver did not arrive with a baby car seat. Dispute me calling up in the morning and once landed! I was told to carry the baby on my lap! With no sincere apology or good will gesture. I was a local regular with Ace Card and will now not be using the anymore."

"If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Our driver was driving dangerously fast throughout our journey. Swerving around corners and going extremely fast around roundabouts. We then get to about 3 minutes drive before my destination and the road was closed. I told him that there was a 5 minute detour he could do, but he kept saying 'this is a very long time and you will be charged a lot more. When I asked how much he wasn't able to give me a rough price. He then said suggested we walked from where we were, bearing in mind we are 10 minutes walk from our destination, it's 12:30am in an unlit country road and we are 2 young girls. I am horrified. He then said we had to pay cash. We did not have any cash on us, only card. He said we weren't able to pay and I would have to go to an ATM or call the office. So I called the office but he made me put it on speaker so he could make sure I did it. I did not feel comfortable reading my card details out in front of him. He then left us In the dark and muddy country lane, to continue the rest of the journey alone in the dark. If something would've happened to us, ACE cars would've been in serious trouble. Please can you teach this driver some skills in customer service and some lessons in human decency."

"When asked if it would be okay to pay at the drop of destination, I got told with no hesitation that it would be fine. Also got told one price and the driver decides to ask for a different (higher) amount and because payment wasn’t payed upfront he made an excuse and said there is something wrong with the car so took my dad back of to pick up destination, when I called up again to see what has happened the caller was very aggressive and quite rude on the phone. Highly think they all need a crash course in customer service and how to treat paying customers."
