"Excellent service from all the practice staff today. I had not slept from amount of pain overnight. I contacted the surgery first thing and had an emergency appointment before 10am, the dentist was fantastic and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and prescribed appropriate meds for immediate collection and a follow up appoint memt next week. I cannot fault the service especially as I am a NHS patient thank you all so much. A wonderful professional service from a sincerely caring practice"

"I turned up slightly late for a routine check up to be told I could not be fitted in, my dentist was going private, and there would not be any more appointments until April next year, I had been going to this dentist for decades, had 2 appointments cancelled without notification, and regularly have to wait for up to 30 minutes for my appointment. The reception staff seemed totally uncaring."
