"This was my third visit to Calum and his wonderful staff. I had first visited the practice as I was a nervous dental patient,and had used other dentists with traditional methods that I found uncomfortable. Immediately after meeting Calum,he made me feel at ease,and the layout of the surgery and support staff help greatly as well. "2 Cancelled appointments on the day, 1 appointment cancelled within an hour of it, 2 appointments kept, however dentist was sharing patients on that day due to sickness, 5 minutes in the chair, full price to pay. Desk Assistant wrote appointment as 16.15, was meant to be 15.15, however was extremely rude and arrogant when asked if appointment could be re-booked. Original Dentist left after pregnancy was fantastic, as was the desk assistant Fern. Have moved to new dental practice, service amazing in comparison."
