"I picked up an ugly dent at the top of my tailgate, so I took it to a local body shop. It's the kind of ding that is commonplace in doors after a visit to the supermarket and a straightforward paintless dent repair in those cases. A 30mm light crease with a small, slightly raiseed bubble. The sort of dent you hate on a door but can't live with right in your eye square on the back of a car, particularly a 72-plate SE Kodiaq with 420 miles on the clock. The local shop looked at doing a PDR but said they couldn't do it as there are strengthening bars on Skoda tailgates, so there is no access behind the dent. The only option would be a respray for £601 plus VAT. Deep breath. So I called in to Dentmagic. I was quoted £105 plus VAT for a PDR with the promise of respray at £300 plus lettering as last resort. If that happened, the £105 for any failed PDR would be credited to the costlier repair. Happier days. Booked in two days later, and thirty-five minutes after that, it was job done – £105 plus VAT. Even happier days. Before and after pictures attached - great job, competitive price, transparent and customer-focused solutioning. Strongly recommended!"
