"I went here to get an oil change as I needed one last minute before travelling a long distance. They fitted me in quickly and did a great job. On arrival they were very efficient, professional and organised. I waited in the waiting room where there are complimentary hot drinks available and good seating. They also have electric points if you wish to work on your laptop whilst waiting, I found this very useful. From the waiting room you can see the workshop and cars, it all looked very clean, tidy and organised. There seemed to be a really good atmosphere between staff and they were friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with there high quality service and felt they were reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!"

"I had an MOT and full service booked at In'n'Out a couple weeks ago. The MOT and service were both conducted quickly, however they informed me that my car had only just passed it's MOT, and that the most serious issue that needed sorting was replacing both CV rubber boots. I asked how important it was that it was done soon, and they informed me that they were severely deteriorated, urgently needed doing and they would recommend having them done now. I agreed to this as it sounded serious and they quoted me £255 for each one (£510 in total). They ended up not having the part so I collected my car and rang another garage that I had used before but were fully booked when I booked my MOT. This garage not only quoted me only £95 for each part (£190 in total, saving me £320), but when I took my car in to them, they looked at the CV rubber boots currently on my car and told me that they didn't need changing at all. They said they obviously weren't brand new and had signs of wear, but replacing them would be a waste of money as there were no issues with them. I absolutely would not recommend In'N'Out. How they can charge £255 for a CV rubber boot compared to what other garages charge is absolutely insane, and then to find out I don't even need them changing? Let's just say I'm glad they didn't have the parts on the day and I won't be giving them any more of my money. Avoid at all costs."

"As a young female, a lot of places try to rip me off or label me as stupid… but In and Out didn’t. I was in twice in the space of two months to fix a previous garages botched work. After plenty of inspections, they worked out that my wheel bearing had not been fitted properly. The way they explained everything was so easy to understand and they were extremely helpful. Thank you for the time and patience."

"Payed for Interim Service. My car had an issue with the oil drain plug, so I was expecting to her from them asking me to replace it or so. I only received an offer for changing my rear brakes and was told my oil was changed. The oul plug was not touched at all and not mentioned. The car doesn't have a dipstick so the oil can't be drained from anywhere else. Which means my oil was not changed property and also nothing mentioned about the oil plug. I email after that to ask about it and no response. I ended up changing my oil again as I have no way of knowing what they have done (probably only changed the oil filter). I will never go there again. I hope this helps you inprove..."

"Honestly, quite a nice and organised place. Came in for an annual oil change, spent the usual |1h30min| whilst chatting with another lovely costumer. Enjoyed the waiting area, plus a free coffee machine! Price was different than on the online booking site, but nothing to be upset about. Price board in the reception, would be great if the owner would post it here!"
