"Absolutely useless. What's the point of booking 12 hours in advance if they are going to be half an hour late . Terrible service."
"Taxi booked several days in advance, confirmed by the company. No taxi turned up, after waiting I rang and was told none were in the area and I'd have to keep waiting. Couldn't even say when a driver would be available. What's the point of booking when they won't send a cab or even tell you they won't be able to provide one? Useless, don't bother."
