"Not even worth one star been using for years drivers are great the call handlers are rude and tell you taxi on way 30 minutes later still waiting when you call back oh im still trying its ok to say ive not got one rather than waste peoples time then they become stroppy and acuse you of being rude"

"Called and arranged a taxi the DAY BEFORE and still failed to turn up on time, we advanced booked for 6am and the taxi didn't turn until 6.30am which made us really panic as we were due to catch a scheduled train at 6.50AM and still had to collect our tickets. Luckily the driver was nice enough to speed and we made it with just minutes to spare. How can the taxi be 30 mins late and it was booked in advance!?! There is NO TRAFFIC in that time of morning! WILL NEVER BE USING THIS TAXI SERVICE AGAIN, BE FASTER WALKING TO YOUR DESTINATION!"
