"Poor service. Booked a taxi 3 hrs prior and was stood over 39 mins in the cold waiting. App doesn't work well as it shows that your trip has been confirmed and what appears to be a car on its way and then it just disappears. Had to call the office several times to enquire only to be told there are no cars available yet! Why can't the app show this then?? In the end I had to cancel my trip and uninstall the app. Won't be using them again."

"I phoned on Friday and ordered a taxi for noon on Saturday. After several phonecalls the taxi came at 1pm! Our table was booked for 1pm and I didn't get there until 1.40! We had tickets for the cinema and we didn't have time for desserts or coffee. It totally ruined my day and I'll never use Clydebank Taxis again. JR."

"Used this service for many years and has now sadly badly deteriorated. An absolutely terrible automated response system that gets you nowhere, and if you’re lucky enough to ever get connected to an operator- nothing materialises with a taxi turning up. Absolutely disgusting setup now. Whoever thought up the automated email system needs fired"

"The reason I'm posting is I phoned this company after my mum had been at the eye clinic at the golden jubilee. It was 3.50pm and the automatic system said a 15 minutes wait. After 30 minutes i called and spoke to a young woman who said were in a queue. We waited over an hour and had to head for the Dumbarton road and a bus back to Glasgow. My mother is nearly 84. If they'd been honest we'd have phoned around . It's unfortunate the the company let her down when she was trying to leave patient transport for those who need it."

"I'm only giving this one star because i can't select zero. Pre booked 90 minutes ahead to have the taxi driver confirm three times and cancel an hour plus after the pick up time. Told on the phone some rubbish that there was more than one booking in our street and then that someone else must have flagged down our taxi that was on its way to us, how that's possible for a private hire that's already booked is beyond me. They are an absolute joke, clearly clueless on the phones too. Avoid at all costs, horrific company"
