"Delightfully refreshing to go into a shop such as this and not be judged or given the “hard sell”. Craig was both very helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to go away and have a think before returning to purchase my bike. My bike was delivered with a week by two friendly and knowledgeable people, who answered any questions I had. As a beginner I was later, able to go back to the shop for a bike fit. This was performed by Craig in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. My fit details were later confirmed by email.
