"Very rare do they have my size in, I'm a size 6 they might as well change all the labels and say 7+ unless you are buying the stupidly expensive trainers, was in there the other week and the staff member goes "we have it in a size 8 though" really .... did he think my feet were going to suddenly increase that second !! Place is ok, plenty of choice for clothes and always clean n tidy, music can sometimes be too loud, I'm getting old lol, but internet shopping for trainers it is again for me"

"Very disappointed with the manager of this shop today. When asked if they would mind turning down their music slightly for our choir to sing for half an hour outside to raise money for Epilepsy Scotland. The music was turned up & the alarm was continually set off. Very uncharitable & childish. Please know you spoiled no one's enjoyment we just had to sing louder. You also lost a lot of customers & made a bit of an arse of yourself."

"Crazy shop when I was in there. A lot of really young assistants and it seemed all over the place. At one point a whole lot of boxed trainers landed on me as a member of staff were carrying a big pile of them. We waited a while for our trainers and they ended up telling us there was only one left...not as on one pair but only one left trainer. So we left. Madness"
