"Very attentive staff. Maybe a little bit too attentive at times. But that's the fault of Cotswold outdoors management not the individual staff who are very polite. We need to keep using shops like this because they are on the brink of extinction. They don't help them sell sometimes by having racks upon racks of sale stuff that no one wants. But I always try and buy from the shop rather than online."
