"Customer service is terrible. Some coaches are unprofessional. They take an initial fee and then want 2 weeks' notice when your child isn't engaged in their club and told to shut up throughout the session. Avoid!!!! Avoid Avoid!!! Especially if your children have additional needs."

"Terrible customer service I have been contacting for over 3 weeks now to reinstate sessions and no reply. Also they regularly overcharge and you have to chase for ages before you get a refund. Much better local groups available I would recommend anyone to not use S4K if you can avoid it"
