"I have been very happy with the boiler installation and service but when asked for a kitchen renovation I got the visit in time but getting any follow up has been a complete mystery. I have exchanged two emails within a month and was told to keep on waiting to be contacted by Magnet kitchens. Then, I phoned and asked for a follow up and was told that I'd be looked into and I'd be contacted. It has been maybe a month again and I have not been contacted at all. Something not quite right there but unsure what exactly it is. Been checking spam, emails no voicemails or phone calls. Sadly I have to look elsewhere or do the job myself. Updated as received an email explaining the situation."
