"I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH * AVOID USING THIS COMPANY* Moving house is stressful enough without your selling agent making it even more stressful for you. I felt I was ill advised in the first place , it just seemed one big fight from start to finish ( 1 year !!) Some of the staff totally unprofessional and I just felt it was one excuse after another.!! I did get a reduction in my final bill but not enough to cover the stress I was put under. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID using this crowd ."

"Bought a house with these people acting on my behalf. They failed to explain certain certain aspects of the burdens section of the deeds which would have meant I would not have bought. When we realised the error I tried for 3 years to get a satisfactory response. Eventually Drummond Miller refused to speak to me and refused to try and help me find the truth. I took them to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission who found in my favour that Drummond Miller had indeed not carried out their work correctly and ordered them to pay compensation and refund my fees. I still however own a house I would never have purchased had I known the facts. 3 years of dealing with these rude dreadful people has thankfully came to an end...STEER CLEAR would be my advice"

"I contacted them regarding to a property, which was offered for sale by them on behalf of the owner. The property was listed on the 13th of August, I've sent them an online inquiry at night immediately, then on the 14th I've called the agency in order to arrange a viewing. The property agent said they would have tried to arrange a viewing to me, they've just needed to talk to the owner to find a suitable appointment, and they've promised me, they would have called me back once it happened. Since they didn't get back to me, later on the day, I called them again. The same agent with a little bit irritated tone told me that she didn't call me, as she was unable to contact the owner, but promised me again to call me back on the other day (today). Today I was expecting their call during the day. Since I didn't receive any call from them, finally I called them again. I was talking to a machine and asked for a call back. In a couple of minutes I was called by the agent and she told me that the house got sold as the owner accepted an offer, which was made by an other customer at the previous evening (the evening of the day, when they told me they were unable to contact the owner for me), so I was not able to make any offer anymore. What is this, if not a lie!!? How could they put an other customer into contact with the owner, who was unavailable?? I'm very much disappointed. I'm just sharing my story with you to let you know what kind of service you can expect, if you have to manage your business through their agency."
