"I am GP receptionist. I am absolutely disgusted and appaled at the complete lack of service provided by this Health centre. Being expected to wait 3 weeks for a face to face appointment is ludicrous. To add to this the solution is for them to offer a telephone appointment which 5 days in still hasn't happened. If I could rate zero stars I would."

"I am appalled that the pre covid level of service has not resumed. It is not acceptable that GP's are predominantly diagnosing conditions via a telephone consultation. If we can shop, visit restaurants etc with no mask on, why can't we get in to actually see a GP? Called yesterday for an appointment and was told I needed to call back today at 8.30am to get an allocated telephone appointment, so that's exactly what I did, to be told I had to call back again tomorrow as all the telephone appointments were taken! I explained I had been calling this morning since 8.30am and it was now 8.50am. The phone was either ringing out or engaged the whole time! Don't get me wrong, when I addressed my concerns to the receptionist, she was very helpful and that is why I gave the one star. GP's need to sort themselves out, they shouldn't be treated any different than the rest of us, it should be business as usual. Their procedures for the assessment and diagnosis of people is NEGLECTFUL and I am sure many people will suffer due to this awful practice. I get the general feeling they are enjoying this method of working. Oh, and the surgery are not conducting any calls between 12pm and 2pm as the GP's are on their lunch break! 2 hours? Absolute joke. I strongly believe there will be a lot of complaints in the year ahead regarding the way the service is running at this stage in the pandemic. Unfortunately some of these complaints will be due to a missed diagnosis that has resulted in deaths!"
