"Absolutely appalling customer service! Stay well clear !! I spent £299 on a Wowcher to be told by the owner she was off sick but could see she had been at work for the day before on her Facebook page and I that she didn’t know when she’d return. Very convenient. She quickly removed reviews section from Facebook. I should of taken note of another customer review who had issues with her. Then her husband started on the client. I was threatened by her. I own a similar business and I would have no business if I treated my clients like that. Clearly cashed in during Covid and now does t wish to let people use their Wowchers. She’s unprofessional and actually pleased I didn’t let her touch my face. She’s nasty & rude"

"terrible avoid at all cost.................inflated price list paid the same as clinic price list for semi perm. makeup as discounted voucher i had bought (foolishly thinking i was getting a bargain) although wait for it said printed price list was wrong. Asked for my compulsory £50 top up fee demanded at same time as first treatment ( although to be done 4 wks later). To be refunded, which i did get back. After some very rude emails from Husband/ "Director" of who I thought I was speaking with ie the lady that done the treatment as per her name on email address"
