"I was in store yesterday. I use a walker and recently had an operation. I had about six items and headed to checkout as I began to feel "wobbly". My sister was coming to meet me, but I was panicking. I asked one of the girls for help at self check, Blonde with glasses, smiley. She was great, scanned and packed for me without any problem and guided me to the motorised scooters to sit, while I phoned sis. I never noted her name but was so grateful for her help. Thank you, hunnie, you saved me! Can I suggest you bring back benches that were such a godsend for us mobility challanged patrons? Very few shops have put them back, since lockdown and they are much missed!!! Please ❤️"
