"Half a dozen staff in shop, 12 in queue, 1 till open. More than once I've dumped my shopping and walked out after waiting 10 minutes in the queue."
"Very fly. Charging more money than it should be and hoping you don’t check before leaving. This is not the first time nor am I the first person they have done it to. They actually done it to me and my partner on the same day. So if they do this wait 200 people a day at £1 extra ( probably more). Be extra aware in this shop the owner is taking advantage of the people of Coatbridge"
"Just in to grab a few essentials on way to work. Most staff acknowledge you but not today clearly. It's a start to look at your customers, be polite and use manners. Very disappointed."
"Bought an external phone charger mid December 2013. The guy had used it to try charging my battery so when he gave me it there was no packaging-I don't even know if it was new!! Charger packed in late February 2014. It lasted less than three months. When I took it back they said it was working and refused to give me a new one or refund me. "Not my problem" were his words. Steer clear of these crooks!"
