"Desperately needed plain black trainers and it was our last shop, Absolutely Brilliant service by a young man called Tashaun, it was a busy Saturday, but he took the time to help us and many other customers, he was focused, Polite and Helpful! Trainers were Fab too I had no idea Sports Direct stocked higher end Nikes, definitely will be back!!"

"Couldn't find a staff member downstairs at all, went upstairs and there was 2 of them just standing around just chatting. At the tills they had two staff members on a busy Saturday, one had no idea what they where doing and called for help 4 times with the same customer. The other was extremely rude. Waited 15 minutes in a queue for the women to ask if was paying my cash or card. Then have a go saying we don't take cash. Staff are unwilling to help."
