"Absolute disappointment, staff have zero common sense this place should be closed down. After 2 failed delivery attempts which I haven't asked for I went down to collect my prescription and was told I had all ready collected it. Thus went on for 2days of them asking me am I sure I didn't collect it like I was a child being asked if I had eaten the sweets. The staff was rude to my partner who had gone down before me to collect it. Never using again they need a course in management and people skills. CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!!!"

"Still haven't got my high pain killer, been without for 5 days and in agony, after trying to get through on phone partner goes there to be told because of covid and long ques plus two other factors they are only focusing on people who come in.. im housebound they then give him my prescription full of everything else but my pain killer! Still not answering phone."
