"Very unprofessional staff. Nobody ever does the job properly. Prescription is never ever ready for collection, can be sent days ago, when have to collect its never straight forward collection. Once had to wait for pharmacist to come from break, once couldn't collect because there was no pharmacist. It doesn't matter if you are in pain. Always told to wait 15 minutes that turn into 30 minutes. Just shut it down and get over with."

"If i could review without any star I would, I booked a flu jab four weeks ago and twice they have cancelled the day before appointment, now they are saying they cannot take bookings. Because I complained one assistant moaned about me to another assistant without putting call on hold so I heard all she had to say very unprofessional and rude I hope i never have to use this pharmacy ever again staff very unhelpful .... and as for Lloyd's Pharmacy as a whole what an awful service you provide"
