"The old reviews should be removed, obviously they don't reflect actual reality, the gentleman pharmacist is so kind and always helps out with great advices, the staff is very nice as well. They always pick the phone up and help no matter what. Good range of products at good value. Just been there and had a faulty item which has been sorted out. They treated me great again so it's now become my favourite pharmacy in the area. Thank you!"

"Cannot thank the staff Grove Park Pharmacy enough for assisting my daughter to get her medication yesterday, going above and beyond what other local chemists had done (or rather not done!). Really caring and understanding, they didn't have to contact my daughter's GP to iron out some issues and obtain a revised prescription to assist someone whose condition makes it impossible for them to handle medical bureaucracy BUT THEY DID, obtaining a proportion of the medication the same day and promising to fulfil the remainder shortly. Top marks for pragmatic common-sense, caring and understanding and superb service - thank you is not enough!"
