"This is the worst pharmacy you can step into. I bought 2 products (infant formula and moisturiser) which I wanted to exchange after 5 days. This is my exchange experience / arguments given by staff- 1. Do you have receipt? - The person who sold me had not given me one and therefore I did not have. However, I showed them payment on the bank app. 2. You are too late. If you came back in 10 minutes, we could have exchanged. 3. We have a notice that says no exchange. The notice said no exchange due to covid. I said there is no covid now. 4. Formula can’t be exchanged because the box is tampered. There was no tampering. 5. You might have ordered the formula so we can’t exchange. I had picked from the shelf. 6. You might have put the products in the heater and therefore spoiled them. Rubbish! 7. This is the POLICY! 8. Because you don’t have receipt, I we cannot tag this product to anything. We can’t trace this in the bank account. I still don’t understand this one. 9. Last but not the least, buy from places where exchanges are allowed, not this shop. I have never had a worse experience than this in any pharmacy. This is a con shop. They charge 3x the price for everything. Bunch of jokers!!!"
