"Ive booked my covid booster with them as they are my local pharmacy. I was really ill with covid last time (after 3jabs) to the point i needed to call 111 and have been given inhaler. I have allergies and have been told by the doctor that i could develop astma as i do have issues with breathing occassionally. I have explained all that but the man refused to give me a booster.. Eventho they do walk in later in the day for an hour or so and likely they will end up throwing some of the vaccination as not that many people even want it these days! They had all the times in the day available which only confirma there is not much interest at this point. I was shocked.. wasted my time and then had to travel to a different pharmacy in Canning Town where they offer boosters to anyone and any time! Just walked in no queue no problem.. just took my name, date od birth and said It’s new Pfizer targeting omicron. Should have went there straight away instead of wasting time at Lansbury! Also it is beyond me how every pharmacy follows different rules and where at one u can walk in any time and get jab no issue and others like Lansbury.. you need to have underlying conditions or queue for an hour and not even know if u will be able to get it at the end.."

"Staff were extremely rude when requesting morphine delivery. Manager maintained he needed to cut the call as I was being rude. I had to call 999 ambulance last week because my morphine was with the delivery driver, and could not be picked up by my carer, because delivery driver had to return from rounds first. Eventually , paramedics intervened because I needed the painkiller urgently. Today they kept repeating that there was a failed attempt as I did not answer the door, I had physio home visit yo try to mobilise. I am bedbound. I find their attitude patronising. They do not understand the level of pain a patient feels when they are prescribed morphine"

"Went in for a booster shot today. Was very well organized, I was in and out within 20 mins with no confusion, no additional queuing, quickly and efficiently treated. Friendly staff happy to have a joke/ chat with you. Will be using for future medical needs as well."
