"I have been waiting to collect a prescription for 1.5 hours, despite the pharmacist advising the waiting time of 30 mins. After checking with the pharmacist been advised that they’ve “forgot” about it. And waiting again… 2 hours for a prescription- I’m sorry this is unacceptable!"

"Worst place ever, regardless of what ur prescription is and what they say. Wait time is more than 2 hours Suggestion: Avoid or go home do your chores eat sleep watch a movie instead and come back for it before close time"

"Horrifying waiting times. But the worst is a poor organisation and not enough staff. You need to queue once to give prescription, wait for them to prepare it and than re-join the long queue again with people who wants to buy sandwich or start the prescription process…. Takes on average 30 minutes waiting times. It would make it much faster if they had a separate queue for a collection!"
