"Not recommended! The medicines never arrive on time after they have been ordered - and multiple times staff lose the order note or say they haven't heard anything off it. If ordering has gone ok, I end up getting more medicines than what I have ordered and need. They don't accept returns of the unwanted items even if you just refuse them at the till. Totally unnecessary and wasted. Unfortunately they don't accept to take expired items to dispose of correctly either. Worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. Stay away!"

"Although living in the community for 15 years, I've - fortunately for me - not had too much recourse to its medical services. So, though not recognising me personally by name , Ken still agreed to help out (witnessing some docs during lockdown when I couldn't ask friends/colleagues). By all accounts, this is typical of Ken - going out of his way to deliver a personal service to many ill members of the community. We are very lucky to have him and the pharmacy. Thank you"

"it seems Ken has recently stepped down a bit which is understandable as he has been amazing to me and my family for years BUT since this new young woman has been taking over it has become a joke. My prescriptions are never ready when required she is rude and unhelpful. It’s a shame this is what has become of the Pharmacy"
