"I’ve usually had good experiences with the staff at this pharmacy, but I recently came in for emergency contraception and was made to feel ashamed when the pharmacist told me off for wasting NHS money. She tried to catch me out and came across as judgemental. It was a humiliating experience."

"Rude and vulgar staff members. Went in with a friend who cannot speak English, is over 70 and is of east Asian descent for the flu jab - was told bluntly and rudely by the vaccinator who is African descent " no more for over 50s". She didnt even bother recommending other nearby centres that were offering the jabs and turned her head, implying "off you go, I can't do anything for you". Don't know how much truth value there is to her statement or whether she was preserving the last batch to a certain group. The friend is in the vulnerable category, shes over 70. Covid is still in the air and it's flu season. you offer these jabs to the public, you should have stocked up sufficiently. Poor management and very unpleasant staff members who require further training or face dismissal would be the best way forward."
