"This pharmacy didn't have one of medicines in my prescription and they told that I could pay and take it next Day. I tried to collect my medication for a week and it was never available. My problem got worst and the doctor gave me the medicine in the hospital. I came back in the pharmacy today to ask for refund and first a lady told that I couldn't have my refund because it was an order. I told her that it is not what the law says. After she said that only the pharmacist could process the refund and he was not in. This is soo frustrating."
