"Great pharmacy. I was stressed out and panicking having been given an incorrect prescription by my Dr and the pharmacist explained to me how I should get a replacement prescription and kindly gave me a refund on the meds he had already packaged up. Went back with the correct prescription and was treated so well. All the staff I’ve met here are friendly and knowledgeable (I’ve been in before to ask for over the counter products). In summary, a really well-stocked pharmacy and the team running it show great care and empathy to the people who come in - thank you so much for that!"

"They refused to give us no-prescription-needed treatment claiming that we were in need of a prescription, even showing from the med's Brand website that clearly was the opposite. Go somewhere else to get healthy guys"

"Absolute shocking service. I was given the run around over my dads medication, and to be fair the issue was not just with the pharmacy but also with the GP. I was told that my dads medication needed to be changed from 8mg to 4mg as 8mg is no longer available and once I ensured that the GP issued a new prescription we were told the 4mg was out of stock too. I was told that the stock would be in the next morning and when I called numerous times to confirm they they were still waiting for the driver to drop the meds from the other branch. When I said I am frustrated I was told ‘do you want me to magic the pills out of nowhere’ when they had clearly promised me they would order the medication from their other branch the very next day. The absolute shocking part is when I asked for a dispensing token so I could pick it up from their other branch, I was told ‘well we have it here but you said you’ve moved pharmacies now…’ basically because I had changed my pharmacy rather then doing the courtesy of giving me the last medication that has been sent to them they chose to give me a dispensing token. Absolute petty and disgusting behaviour and one I will be reporting to the appropriate NHS channels. Following on from your response below, I can also confirm you are absolute liars and that I have noted down times and the content of our calls which I will provide when making an official complaint. Also please don’t lie and say you resolved the issue regarding the mg as I will also ask my GP to confirm who had to call up to get it changed. The fact that you are unable to take constructive feedback and respond with lies should tell you that you have a serious problem at the pharmacy. Not professional at all."

"I never seen such a pharmacy like this one in my life. Extremely frustrating service I received. I went several times to collect my medication and they complained against the surgery but the surgery already send it for me. Then I went again to collect my meds and they said its out of market, then I went on next day and they said they don't have it in their stock. They assured me as soon as they get it they will send it to my home. I waited for more than a week but they did not. Then I called them and they became very abusive to me."
