"Went to pick up my antibiotic that was prescribed. I was told that the antibiotic was out of stock and I needed to call my GP to change it. it's was already too late to call the GP that day and it's not very easy to get hold of someone. So I asked if they were out of stock or it's out of stock nationwide. The staff member said Nationwide and that I needed to call my GP. Next day I called the GP and I was told that another local pharmacy has it. I went to Eclipse to get my prescription printed so I could get it from another pharmacy. I told them that I was very annoyed because of them not informing me correctly and I had to go without the antibiotic for a day. The pharmacist was very rude and said I could go elsewhere. I said that's what I was trying to do. A staff member brought my prescription, and instead of hand it to me she threw it at the counter. Very unprofessional. Will not go there again!!"
