"I asked for contact lenses washing solution and they gave me eye wash, which is something completely different. I was in a hurry and didn't notice as the packaging is identical. Went back a couple of days later to exchange with the correct item but they refused to do anything (exchange or refund)... they were extremely rude although it was their mistake and they said there is nothing they can do! I'm not going back there as they have no idea what they're doing...!"
