"Awful experience getting a 24 hour PCR test for my mum. She completed the test at 9am Thursday and still no result. We had to go somewhere else to get a test. It also cost £150. I think this might actually be a scam."

"Terrible place - staff and management totally disordered and v rude. Need to go on some sort of management course. Many businesses are having a good Covid and providing good customer service. This business isn't. Not a clue - totally disorganised and shabby. Should be a beacon of community light in these dark times not a dark hole. FYI talking about a paying customer behind their back is not a good optic. Shame on you Touchstone."

"Very rude staff. Left me waiting in the queue without even acknowledging that I was patiently waiting. Definitely don't recommend this pharmacy. Not helpful staff at all. Left me feeling very upset. Sorry, this review was supposed to be for the Woolstone Road branch when I had a poor customer service experience a few months ago, but they've since improved a lot, as per my other review I wrote."
