"Having had a less than very very very poor service with Lloyds pharmacy both at south end lane and direct . They never have HP medication and don't know when they will have don't answer phone or email . I phoned Perfucare and spoke to very helpful and pleasant lady who told me they have medication I need . They are now my nominated pharmacy. What a pleasant difference to dealing with Lloyds they answer phone just spoke to pharmacist and he confirmed has all medication I need"

"Really disappointed with this pharmacy. I’ve been trying to buy all our stuff here to support local businesses even though it’s often more expensive than boots or Superdrug. But recently a product was recommended to me by the pharmacist for a heavy sum which upon further research, I discovered was inappropriate for what we needed. I was told I could return it by some people behind the counter on the weekend but that I would have to return during the week while the pharmacist was there. When I returned, I was told I could not return the item, despite the fact that it was unused and I had a receipt. This is certainly not the way to keep business. It was very clear to check that the product hadn’t been used. I won’t be returning to this pharmacy if I can help it."
