"As a health care professional I get lot of patients complaints about how lame, incompetent and Good for nothing staff working there. Gave the shop (better calling it a shop judging by the unprofessional staff performance) the benefit of doubt until the day I ordered a pair of pain relievers and had to collect them for my patient in agony myself, I got surprised that they ordered only one!! Despite the lack of common sense, I took it as " mistakes happen", But the attitude, the high tone of voice and the verbal low level of words was really shocking. The new staff are pure stigma making Kamson Pharmacy the shame page of The NHS book. I wish their employers will teach those juniors manners before communicating with people!"
