"I have to say this is one of the nicest chemists I’ve ever been too all the staff were so happy and accommodating even though my wheelchair took up half of their shop. I needs special milk for my granddaughter and this was the only chemist in Tottenham and Walthamstow to actually have it in stock and not needed to order which was amazing as I needed it urgently. The pharmacist couldn’t be more helpful either. I would definitely recommend this chemis it maybe a small one but it is very well stocked and all the staff are very friendly"

"This is by far the best chemist I have used in decades, this is my mother's local chemist and we have been using these guys for years. The staff team are attentive, caring and do their utmost to help the customers. Throughout the pandemic they worked through it and continue to as we haven't over come it yet! without complaining, even when my mother's doctors surgery messed up with the prescription they continue their great service and point out an error was made. They have even changed there opening and closing hours to assist their customers. I'm always greeted with a smile. I love these guys. Thank you, to them from our family. They are the BEST! These guys can't do enough, when it comes to customer service they definitely go above and beyond!!!!! Great team!"

"Well what can I say! This is by far in my opinion the best chemist in Tottenham. I have been using this Chemist for over 18 years. All of the staff outback are so warm, friendly, supportive and informative. They always welcome me with a big smile, ask me how I am when I walk in, and even go the extra mile by having mini conversations with me on all sorts of subjects. The front counter staff seem a little withering, although they do still manage a friendly little smile. There is only one chair in the shop, so I think that it could do with another one being that most people going there are likely to be unwell and would definitely appreciate a little sit down. Is a very small chemist, but they have good space management, so can manage to supply most of my requests. Well done Phillips keep up the good work."
