"Most unhelpful and pathetic pharmacy in the area with "special" unexpected closing hours and total lack of interest to help, assist, advise or taking any responsibility. They will always say to speak to your GP. Avoid also due to eternal queues as desk people have to ask the simplest questions to the pharmacest in the back as they have no clue of what they are doing there."

"I had an excellent experience obtaining an emergency prescription from them at 7pm, which would have been exceedingly stressful at Day Lewis. The pharmacist Merina politely handed me over to Halima at the end of her shift and she dispensed exactly what I needed. Every service will have a certain amount of turnover and some customer facing staff have more bad days than others (I personally knew Sowmya who was lovely but no longer works there). Thank you Merina for your diligence at the end of your shift."

"Don't understand the comments about the staff on here. The staff who served me were amazing and gave my wife and I the flu vaccination when two other big chain chemists let us down. They were very friendly and helpful too. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Heroes in my book! as I was running out of options to get the vaccine. As for the comments about them having a lunch break. Good for them they deserve it! They work hard so why shouldn't they have a lunch break. It's a basic human right."

"Rude staff, always keep you waiting while they talk amongst themselves. Often ask them to put repeat prescription through but when I return days after for collection only to be told there is no item and told to go back to GP. When there is a queue, only one cashier is dealing with customers while the others are just chatting."
